Return & Cancellation
At Tudor and Rose, all of our watches are tested for functionality at the point of sale before dispatching. Timegrapher readings and pictures of the movement are shared during the transaction process.
Most customers can tell straight away if the jewellery suits them or not. If you think the piece is not for you, we would appreciate that can email us within 2 days, and send 1 pictures to us. The jewellery must not be worn in a daily environment or sized or such, to avoid any unnecessary damage to the item.
Terms and conditions apply: After we receive the watch, the jewellery will be inspected by our in-house goldsmith (John). Once we have checked and weighed the jewellery and determined that the watch is fully operational and no original parts have been swapped or tampered with, a full refund will be issued.
*Please note: If the item has been worn and there are obvious signs of use, there will be a restocking fee applied in such occasions.
Returns. We will happily accept a return, should the need arise. Please message us in the first instance (upon receipt of the watch the same day), and we will inform you of the process. If the watch shows visible signs of wear, use, damage to screws, case back etc., the return will not be approved. If the watch is new or nos and the factory stickers have been removed - we will not accept the return. This will not affect your warranty and guarantee with us. Terms and conditions apply. After we receive the watch, the watch will be inspected. Once we have checked and weighed the watch and determined that the watch is fully operational and no original parts have been swapped, tampered with, or in any way altered only then will a refund will be issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
To process a return, complete and detailed pictures will be required. This is to aid us and our business partners at Chrono 24.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it - unworn or unused (with tags if applicable) and in its original packaging and protective film.

Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer - we can advise on this issue.
*There is the possibility of a slight delay when shipping out, as we inspect each watch, testing all aspects during the process. Each watch is carefully cataloged for our customers records. Thank you for understanding.
